Financial Policy

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered. 

For your convenience, we accept:    Visa /MasterCard /Amex/check /Discover & cash.                                                             

• Arrangements for in office-monthly-payment plan can be made, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

• To finance your payments, CareCredit  (carecredit.com) is also available. We offer a 6 month interest free option. please ask us about it.                                                         

• There’s no insurance paper work for you!  Although we are fee-for-service but are happy to submit your claims electronically to expedite your direct payment from your insurance company for procedures that are covered by your insurance provider company.   

Please remember:  You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
